It looks like the US version, but I bet the steering wheel is on the wrong side.

Well they're not factory-equipped now, are they?

Thanks for the link! I must've been one day too early (or somehow missed it yesterday).

Didn't that used to be Toyota USA's slogan?

At least the slogan's better than the Canadian one....

    "Toyota: Make things better"

    :p

"Oh what a feeling - Toyota!!" has been used here for a very long time.
The link I posted wasn't on the page of the article, I know my way around Toyota Australia's web site pretty well.

Hey a RHD Camry would be great. We don't have the Camry in the UK any more as it never really sold well. A Hybrid version would though. I use my Prius as a taxi here in the UK and it is just a tad small. The next biggest hybrid available over here is the Lexus and that is way over my budget! I could go down the diesel route but don't like them.

The Camry would be ideal - the right size AND the right fuel economy. Great.

You might want to take some measurements first. Not much room in the boot, and actual shoulder to shoulder room in back is not that much more. Definitely more comfortable though.

Hope you realise how large a Camry is! It is larger than the Avensis. I do agree though that 3 abreast will be more comfortable in a Camry than in a Prius but do check out the boot space. It's a little smaller at 10cu ft vs 16 cu ft for the regular Camry but the seats do fold but are limited to slender items (like skis and snowboards).
