    Please note that 60% of Panasonic EV Energy(PEVE) is already owned by Toyota.
    Panasonic is acquiring Sanyo and China is claiming future NiMH/Li-ion battery share against the antitrust law.
    Sanyo is selling Eneloop to third parties, and Panasonic is selling another 20% of PEVE to Toyota.
    So, Toyota is going to own 80% of PEVE.

    I should have said Panasonic EV Energy. I didn't know Toyota was going to hold 80%. Ken, does PEVE own the osaka plant ramping up for lithium production?
