XM Radio Website Broken For Two Days Now????

    Can anyone access their account information on the XMRadio website? It's been down for two days now...doesn't bode well for their technical support staff/IT department...

    I called twice. On day one they said they didn't know what was wrong...that I should be able to access and retreive my username/password via the web links (I couldn't).

    Day two they said they were having technical issues with their website.

    Should it really take more than 24 hours for a big corporation like XM/Sirius to fix this kind of thing?

    Makes me wonder if they're not putting ANY money into infrastructure and planning to close up shop instead...

    I still can't access. And though I try to reset/obtain my password they never send me the email!!!

    Ok, just spent many minutes on the phone with TWO techs from XMRadio...only to find out that AGAIN their website is partially shut down and not operating properly because they are fixing it....She told me that they have been working on it in the evenings for the past three nights and that I should be able to log in in about two hours...

    I have my doubts about this company. Man, I sure wish my IV came with a Sirius system instead of XM!!!!! XM tech support SUCKS.

    The two companies have merged, so I believe you are stuck with XM tech support.
