    Well, it has gone full circle. The shuttlecraft of Star Trek inspired me to do my Prius. The Prius inspired a bit of fan fiction. The fan fiction inspired a cover including a Prius-influenced shuttlecraft:

    There is a bit about them on this forum, especially HybridFest in Wisconsin. There is the Green Grand Prix in Watkins Glen, NY, and many auto clubs sponsor their own. Hobbit has been to a few, and taken away a few awards.

    I think this is great... amazing creativity with your car... North America is very much of a car culture, and your car reflects this. Happy motoring!

    BTW, my favorite bumper sticker is the "If you can see this, our cloaking device isn't working" LOL!

    That's Shawn Crosby's car. The photo does not do it justice. AFAIK, that was an earlier photo before the present paint job, which is weathered, and has blast marks and other battle damage. Unlike mine, his is not a daily driver, so it only gets brought out for special events.

    Your taste may differ, but Obi-Shawn is an inspiration to the rest of us.

    Doc, are those mirrors Phaser 2? How'd you do the fabrication? It's very good.

    A question, though. The phasers look very TOS, but the shuttlecraft theme looks very TNG, especially in the font. Were you trying for the TWOK/TSFS era? That's the only way I can reconcile it.

    Well, regardless, Qa'pla! It's a great victory.
