    I just received the Scosche kit and it is an excat match color(Grey) for the prisus but it is not textured as the metra.

    I emailed metra and they said the unit will be shipping sometime in February. I will probably order the scosche early next week. It doesn't look bad, and my prius wants a new head unit?

    now that some people have replaced radios i was wondering if the reception is better
    than the stock radio?
    i don't want to replace my radio only to have the same static problem.

    ordered my metra kit from onlinecarstereo.com. i'll let you know if the texture is the same as oem.

    Replaced my complete system and my aftermarket HU "Eclipse CD5030" has no static just amazing sound. :D

    The question on all our minds is "does it match the color and texture of the prius interior" we're all waiting anxiously so whoever can answer, please do as soon as possible
