Lower Rocker Moldings, chrome

    Has anyone (esp. Blizzard Pearl) purchased/installed the lower rocker moldings on the 2010? I wanted to order them at the time of my purchase, but my dealer didn't have them. If anyone has pics (again, especially on Blizzard Pearl) I'd love to see them.

    I 'think' the lower moldings may be out a little after initial release but I could be wrong...

    Does Sigma stuff come from Japan? I think that in the US the moldings will be here a little late so good for others to know they have to get them from there for now... Thanks! :)

    The Modellista front grill looks pretty good, maybe I'll give that a shot.

    EDIT: Yup, I just ordered it, come back with pics in 5 weeks.

    Yes, they were listed as available here but I didn't see a price for them. I remember when they were first shown months ago though, Toyota had said they would not make it here for a while. Not sure if they have since become available though...

    That's not the same one that we (or Japan) have as an accessory.

    His, probably not. It's just a thin line above the area that ours cover (see Paradox's attached images).

    Ours cover lower down so if you hit the grass or wall with the bottom of your door, those mouldings may be damaged.

    My dealer contact tells me the ones shown in the photos above (not the door rub strips) are due to be released by Toyota on or about 12/22 and he won't have pricing until that date.

    I eagerly await their arrival as well!

    Well, the wait is over! I have a set of these mouldings in my possesion now. The Toyota part #is PT29A47100. The list price is $175.00, but if you shop around on the web for dealers that discount accessories, you could pay as little as $123.60 + shipping of course!

    Sorry, the pics you mentioned are not the Lower Rocker Moulding available here in USA under part #PT29A47100. I will post pictures of them as soon as I install! If you can get the 2010 Prius accessory brochure form any Toyota dealer, they are pictured there!
