I bought four 6 1/2 speakers for replacement.

I know I need SAT69 for the front. But for the back, do I need sac656 or SAT6?

All parts are from scosche. I want to insert images to this question. But I don't know how to...

Please help me to choose between sac656 and sat6 for the back.

I used the search function but could not find the info. I bought two sets of polk db6501.

I got these from Crutchfield for my 6.5 Polk MM6501 rear speakers but did not use.
    142SAC656 SAPs 5.25"/6.5"

I installed Polk MM6501 in the rear and used the adapters that came with the speakers.

I thought the fronts were 6X9's?

Hence the need for a speaker adapter (to go from 6x9 to 6.5").

There are a few 6x9s that could be used - but there's a much better supply of quality speakers at 6.5" - also you can go with components (separate tweeters)...

If you use SAT69, you can install 6.5/5.5 speaker

The SAC656 adapters/spacers that I purchased from Crutchfield are for the rear 6.5 speakers. My Polk MM6501 speakers also came with spacers that I used because they were free and they worked. Look in your Polk db6501 box, you should have a set of spacers and if not the SAC656 are recommended for the rear speakers. I still have a set SAC656 adapters/spacers that I paid $16.
