Hi all. This seems to be the Forum to say "Hi". I have a new red 2010 Prius IV with solar roof. It will be 2 weeks old on monday. I've been lurking here for the last month and have learned a lot. I've been debating about side moldings and what it does to the look of the car. I've read all the relevant posts I could find and looked at all the pictures and finally ordered the side mouldings from PriusChat. I'm going to do the lower rocker moldings too. Hopefully this isn't a mistake. I also bought the mudflaps.

Last week I bought and received the OEM rubber cargo mats and a windshield heat shield from PriusChat. I like the heat shield, it is great quality. The rubber mats are a little weird. They are in two pieces and sort of lock together. They are also very heavy and the "lip" around the edge that is supposed to contain spills is not very high. The quality is outstanding but they aren't what I expected. The cargo mat for my Subaru is thin, light, and has a 1" lip. It is kind of cheap feeling but has lasted 15 years (and 305K miles) and the rug underneath is still perfect.

Anyway, hello to all. I really like this car! I still can't get used to never taking the keys out of my pocket!

    Welcome :)

You'll love the car. The more you get used to it the more you'll love it.

    Enjoy

That is not a problem ... wait until you drive another car that requires a key and wondering why it won't start with the key in your pocket. ;) :welcome: to Priuschat and congrats on your new car!
