It is in non navigation Canadian models except the base model but not in US models. (One of the things we get for the large difference in price)

IRC, the camera and the mirror with integrated display are made by someone other than Toyota and can be bought and installed as retrofits.

I deleted the original post complaining about rolling backwards while I didn't know about the Hill Start Assist.

Don't want to spam the Prius. I'm still a big fan.

very interesting. i don't like the mess they've made of the center console. like or dislike the look, not a very good use of space.

that's disappointing. quieter was one of the main things i was hoping for. i wonder if it adds too much weight?

Personally, I have no complaints about the road noise on my G3. Virtually all of my driving is done on asphalt roads, and the sound is not objectionable. If you drive on concrete, you will realize that is what causes most road noise in any car!

My previous car was an 2006 Acura RSX. The road noise was terrible. In time, I replaced the tires with Michleans (sp) .... WOW .... what a difference. The tire change absolutely solved the problem.

In time I will change the OEM tires on my G3 and I have every expectation that road noise (which even now is not bad) will become a non-issue.

The new centre console is very nice. I like it. Looks good. Good place to put my arm and hands.

Road Noise a lot complained about it, but I find it acceptable even going at 90mph and I came from a Acura RL before. So yes not like air tight with some wind noise but not terrible.

Rattling is the main problem I have with Gen3 and the Radio problem. Still trying to fix the dam radio by puting LED light package.

The bottons are there so you can get to it much easier and faster instead of having to do touch screen a few times to get to it. I thought it is a good feature.
