I am thinking of getting the Wet Okale Seats for my new Prius. I have the Silver with Light Grey interior. Back seats will hardly be used so I won't be covering them at this time. I am looking for pictures / recommendations on good color choices that won't overwhelm the look or be tacky. I want to keep it clean and professional looking and would appreciate feedback and pictures from anyone who has these.

    Thanks!

I had the Misty gray - and it is really a tail of woe.... The interior spots like crazy.

A seat cover will still have issues under it and beside it.

There are many leather kits from $400 - to $1000 that include door pieces (arm rest), center console, back arms etc etc etc.

The Misty gray is {IMHO} the dumbest color for a car - because all the colors tend towards dirtiness. We took that interior, and got a dark gray leather - which mated well..... I'm on my second 2010 - this one same color (silver) - but dark gray interior. MUCH better. I'm also getting leather, but now thinking about a lighter color (for contrast).

If you are close to the price - maybe think of that... Leather is hard to stain (well relative), and wears well...............

Leather is absolutely the best material to be kept in good looking shape IMHO. My wife drives a Mini Cooper S Sidewalk convertible with a mid-brown leather interior. The first week to work, she spilt some kind of makeup on the passenger seat in the office parking lot (her story). We took the Mini in for detailing and the leather specialist re-stained the seat - you can't even see it any more. On cloth - forget it.

As for Wet Okole - I had a set of those about five years back. I always thought they felt like I was wearing work boots trying to run track. Just kinda bunchy. YMMV. Are they thinner these days?
