I am obsessed with washing it, waxing it and polishing it to a mirror like surface; a little hard to do on a blizzard pearl.

Luis, I am sure you are very proud of your perfectly polished prius as I am with Max Wax. It's a great car and deserves a fine finish.

Indeed I am. I have yet to try Zaino which from I gather is the best out there.

I'm also obessed with keeping the power display running on ECO. It's almost like a video game.

But like many here, I do let it go into the "PWR" range if necessary as to not be like the driver mentioned on the first post. Also obsessed in keeping the black clean and into waxing it often.

And worse obsession is getting rid of all the rattles. Daily battle.

    Luis138, I'm in Downey too!

I'm am obsessed with getting a 60 mpg tank and have come close several times, but have not broken thru. My weekend trips are killing my mpg as they are usually shorter length, so its difficult to make up for the initial ICE start up. I could leave it home on weekends and get to the vaulted 60 mpg level but this seems like cheating. I feel like I have to do it given my own day-to-day circumstances. Any advice is appreciated.--S

I definitely am more careful driving when someone is in the car with me and when someone is behind me. Other wise I stay in eco mode as much as possible. Also try to get up to speed and then come off gass and get into electric mode.

I'm at 52mpg on 2nd tank, including a 200 mile trip with highway (over 65mph) and also using air most of the way...
