    If I seen this truck and it was intentionally belching smoke on cars I would call the police. That would be reckless driving and endangering the lives of others. It would be the same thing if I put a smoke screen device on my car and used it out on the road. These trucks can accelerate and decelerate and shift gears with minimal smoke.
