Stopped by a PawnShop today, purchased an Actron CP9185 Elite AutoScanner. I was overwhelmed that it actually had the ability to select a 2001 Prius, when powering up the unit.

Anyone have the chance to use one of them? I'm attempting to do a software update on the unit as we speak since it's current software is dated 2007.

The only code's I'm getting so far are the ones showing the failing battery modules, it does tell me what battery module it is, along with the failure reason.

Also, there's an area you can dial/scroll through PXXXX codes, and it tells you what it means. I scrolled through some of them, and some were hybrid specific. Hoping the software update will advance it's abilities even more. But I'm having a hard time getting the USB driver to work on this MAC running virtual windows.

Here's a few screen shots of the scanner itself. Hoping the text is readable. In one you can see three different MIL flags, would that be for three different ECU's? I've only had one of the MIL flags to change, which is when some HV Battery Modules faulted.

Notice it also connects with 9141-2 standard.
