    Ha! Good find. It's about 400 miles south of me, and really not publicized in my local media. My thanks to BBC for letting Californians know what is going on in California.

    It's just a bit of harmless craziness and an excuse to party. There are many more important things to get upset about than some bare skin.

    They should require him to put up a sign at each entry point (or every 50 feet around the circumference of the area if it's wide open and unfenced) stating "This object could collapse or catch fire. Approach at your own risk." And then let him be.

    As for the permits, he'd raise the money from supporters in an eye-blink, so it's a non-issue.

    Maybe it is a West Coast thing. I've seen mass moonings several times from the train. Sadly, it's not just the young and fit who participate. :rolleyes:
