I need to replace the OEM integrity tires on my 2006 prius. I found someone selling the OEM tires (bridegstone ecopias) and wheels for a 2010 prius. The 2010 tires are a slightly larger 195/65R15 versus the 185/65R15 on the 2006. Outside of the speedometer and gas mileage impact, does anyone see other issues with weight, wheel well clearance, rim compatibility, TPMS etc?

Any experience or advice would be appreciated.

    Cheers,
    Frank

It should be a direct swap if the bolt pattern is the same. TPMS will have to be re-programmed.

If he does a TPMS sensor swap, then the TPMS doesn't even need that.

    * That's the approach I took -> TPMS sensors into summer rims, electrical tape for winter
