I just traded in my 2005 with OEM backup camera and XM radio and Michelin HE tires for a 2010 with Nav.
First impressions after one week. Not in any order.
    1. More powerful.
    2. Improved (a lot) gas mileage.
    3. Definitely quieter, can hear the radio on a busy highway.
    4. Nav system with voice recognition is great( easier to try and use than to read manual).
    5. Got rid of the Yokohoma tires and bought new Michelin HEs again. (Probably $ foolish).
    6. The screens are fine.
    7. This Prius is higher by an inch or so as the trunk lid hit my garage door when open.
    8. I liked the 2005 box between the driver/passenger better, easier to access than the 2010.
    9. Even though I only had 54+K miles, I am happy.:)

Good deal. Was that a new 2010? How would you compare the visibility between the two?

Yes, it was new. The visibilty appears to be the same, except maybe a little better in front.
