Yeah after 19 pages, you are the only person who got it right. Prius base model has horrible suspension. So it feels like the car shakes whenever I drive on any slightly uneven roads or on road imperfections at higher speeds. But apparently its just a slight movement of the body, but enough for me to feel it when i drive at high speeds.

I admittedly made a mistake to get a prius, made a honest review of the car, and I've learned my lesson. It's not for everyone, but I acknowledge some people like it due to gas mileage, and I am not sure what else. But as you can see, personally, i see to many issues with the Prius, and I hope that they can improve the quality of the Prius more in the future, to make it a better performed car, starting with the brakes, ride quality, acceleration and drivetrains.

And I will be looking else where for my next car. It will be for sale in 2-3 months for any one interested.

Of course you own them with no interest...your Daddy bought them for you.

You say that you have been driving for 7 years, and your Audi was 6 years old. You say you aren't 23, so I'll assume you are 24 unless for some reason you didn't start driving until you were older.

So what, pray tell did you do to generate a living that afforded you an Audi at 17? Remember, if you did something that allowed you to pay for the Audi...yet you still lived at home...your Daddy still bought it for you because had you needed to pay for a place to live...you wouldn't have been able to buy an Audi.

Unless the Audi was used, in which case practically anyone could buy one because they have fairly poor resale value.

And when I said "No interest" I was saying I don't have any interest in owning an Audi...I wasn't talking about monetary interest.

Old fashioned, so? I like it and thats all that matters to me. What you think of it is of no value to me.

And not that being a grandfather or old enough to be a grandfather is an insult, but I am nowhere near old enough to be a grandfather.

It doesn't have a "terrible" suspension, it has the suspension of an economy car.

Just because you don't understand what people like about the Prius other than its gas mileage doesn't mean there isn't anything else to like.

You apparently don't have any reading skills because we've already established that i'm over 25 in numerous posts. It's not that hard.

You can't even do the simplest of calculations, why bother.

You like old fashioned ES cars, and I like Audis. nothing wrong with that.

    Hey, I've got an idea!

Why don't you guys, rather than one-upping with the insults, just go to the men's room with a tape measure, and settle it. Thanks.

According to whom? A guy who apparently has little idea about the product he bought - before he bought it. A guy who makes comparisons between a Prius and an Audi? Get real.

If you are trying to compare the handling of a Prius, to that of a European sports sedan, then you are a bigger fool than most people (here) already think you are.

No you didn't. Not even close. Almost all of the things you whined about, are completely subjective, and often, are 100% contradictory to what the car was designed to do. You seem oblivious, or mis-informed about what the Prius is all about - MPG's, versatility and reliability. Of which, I might add, the Audi sedan has none of. But then again, I'm not foolish enough to think that's what the Audi was designed for...

So, Mr genius, what made you decide to buy the car in the first place?? Was it all the plastic that you liked? You did sit in it before you bought it, right? Didn't you notice the plastic? The smell you don't like? How about the "sandpaper steering wheel"? Didn't you sit behind the steering wheel? Handling? Oh, you thought it would handle like a fine-tuned European sports sedan? LOL. Didn't you notice the 15 inch wheels when you test drove? That should have given you a clue. What, you didn't test drive? Didn't read anything about the car before you bought?

    Please. This is a joke.

You claim to be over 25, yet your logic, language and sentence structure looks more like you are in your teens...

    Thank GOD!!

    No more Prius morons!

I've already replied to most your childish whinging in previous pages. So i'm just going to reply to this. I'm sure alot of people have bought a car that doesn't suit them. Sugarcoating and ignoring the issues present with the car is not good in the long run. You need to acknowledge the issues, so that toyota can improve on them in the future.

I've had more problems with the Prius in the short term than the lifespan i have driven on my audi, So I don't agree with your versatility and reliability statement. If it was so reliable, toyota would not have recalled the millionth Prius to fix something as simple as their sticky accelerator pedal and floor mats, which turned out to be a major safety hazard. You would have expected toyota to have their pedals optimized for their latest Prius cars. This is 2010, not the year 1980.

Let's start with - what is "whinging"?

Sugar coating or ignoring what issues?? LOL. Really, what issues? That the car has plastic in it to keep weight and costs down? That's by design. That the Prius does not handle like a European sports sedan. That too, is by design. The car's "smell" is not to your liking? Sorry, but most people like that new car smell. It is, what it is. Blah, blah... But you would know all these things if you actually owned a prius, which you clearly do not... as evident by your last statement regarding the Prius recall.

Would you speak English, for crying out loud.

The Audi (current A4's) have issues with the engine. Co-worker had his engine replaced at 28K miles. His Audi dealership told him this is a "very common problem" with this model. Lucky for him it was still under warrenty, or he would have been looking at a $7K-$8K repair bill. So whine all you want about the smell, handling, rough steering wheel, etc....But if you want to compare the reliability of the Prius to ANY Audi, then you will lose that debate. Hands down. There is NO comparison. The Audi, like it's parent VW, is not known for their reliability. Sorry, but that's just the way it is.

It's official. This is all I need to read to know that you have no, zero, nada idea what you are talking about.

    You don't own a 2010 Prius...I'm positive.

You sir are a troll. If you did own a 2010 prius, you would have some clue what the Prius recall was all about. You clearly don't have a clue. So stop your pretending that you own a 2010 prius. You don't period.

Now, we're done. Go away, troll. Go away.

Well justa does have one thing going for him. If they ever mandate noise makers for the Prius he'll be able to get a exemption by just driving with his window cracked open and all the whining well warn anyone a block away.

what is warrenty, nandling, nada? are you speaking english? To respond to your audi a4 problem. Ive never heard of it. My friend who had an a4 had absolutely zero problems with it and he loved the car.

But I think millions of people heard about the toyota sticky pedal recall safety hazard problem. Yeah toyota changed their story alot saying its the floor mats, so i got confused .

Now dad and mum please lock this! LOL so i can't whinge and call people names no more!

Seriously, what 2010 Prius owner would make such a stupid comment as this? None that I can think of. Only a troll would make such a mis-informed statement as this.

"If it was so reliable, toyota would not have recalled the millionth Prius to fix something as simple as their sticky accelerator pedal and floor mats, which turned out to be a major safety hazard. It's clear to me, at least, that he doesn't own a 2010 Prius. I don't think there's any question about justaguy being a troll. None in my mind.

Yeah i'm sorry. The reliable and versatile toyotas had numerous recalls including brakes for prius, sticky accelerator, and floor mats for other toyotas, so I must have confused which recall the Prius had. It had something to do with their brakes? Unsurprisingly, I'm not a fan of prius brakes either.

Tell your friend, or you, most likely, to Google. You can start by looking at Audi's (and several other European cars) well documented oil "sludge" problems.

Wrong car...moron. Face it, you don't own a prius. You've been outed as a troll. Now crawl back under the bridge where you belong.

I'd love to continue this game, but those of us that actually own a Prius know better than to feed the trolls.

He's kind of like a circus monkey, performing for our amusement. Every time we throw something at him, he jumps right up and swings at it. Its...hilarious.

Let me take you back...to a time before you were born. A carmaker by the name of...Audi was at the center of a huge media firestorm surrounding sticking accelerator pedals. People were dying, children on bring your puppy to school day. Nuns! It was a tragedy. It was a coverup! The bastards at Audi knew! They WANTED our mothers and children to be killed. The NHTSA found that all of the incidences of unintended acceleration were caused by driver error, and Audi was exonerated of any wrongdoing. Too late for their reputation though, for much of the next 15 years Audi was a joke.

Ever heard the expression "I'm Audi 5000" when someone is saying they are leaving a place quickly and unexpectedly? Thats why...the Audi 5000.

    Check it out:

    http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Audi 5000

Sound familiar? You may or may not be aware that Toyota was also recently exonerated of wrongdoing when it came to unintended acceleration...and the cases were found to be driver error. Toyota has recovered MUCH more quickly than Audi did too (sales figures are back to better than they were before this all happened), due mainly to their well established reputation and the fact that the modern mentality is very in the moment and quick to forget past experiences.

Like I said before, if you don't like the car you don't like the car. Its your continued assertion that it and all Toyotas are crap that makes you a troll.
