    Just got another one last weekend,,that is 5 prius in 2 weekends.... Our clan is buying one more tomorrow at Manhattan Beach.... 6 prius in 3 weeks...

    My Dealer gave me a book of Vouchers for £100 GBP for each referral on new or used cars.
    I gave SWMBO one and got £100 when she bought her used Gen 2, then gave a co-worker one and got £100 when he chose to get a new Auris hybrid company car.:D

    So I've had £200 GBP (4.5 tanks of fuel) off them already.

    Its final, we got our 8th Prius today, a Sandy Beach, it was the last ad deal at Manhattan Beach. Eight Prius owners among friends has got to be a first. All Type IIs, 2 Blues, 3 Silvers, 1 White, 1 Black, and 1 Sandy Beach. I am DONE helping friends shop, it was fun and very enjoyable help other save some money. This should be my final post for this thread, I hope!

    I can't imagine the time and energy it took to scout out 8 great deals on Priuses! We just bought one and contacted dealers in 3 different states before we got the deal we wanted...and it was absolutely exhausting!

    The deals this month on a Prius were quite historic (compared to just 18 or so months ago). One [large] dealership in Virginia had more than 250 on their lot and really helped drive the price down for dealerships in neighboring states.

    I wouldn't be surprised if a few of my friends make the jump to a Prius in the very near future (though maybe not 8 friends!). It seems they have Prius envy. ;)

    I should be the Poster Boy for Toyota, it would be an awesome commercial with the 8 of us driving new Priuses.

    now I know who bought up all the ad cars at Manhattan !!

    since you leased up those, I went to another dealer. leased a (trim) III white with 15k miles/year (3 years). $250 per month x 35. zero drive off.

    Sorry, about that. The deal was too good to pass up. Where did you end up going? They didn't have white at that price anyway.

    You didn't do too bad either, $50 more a month.
    $50 X 35 months = $1750/.15 miles = 11666 extra miles you purchased.

    Add $1750 to my lease and I would have 47.6k, only 2.6k more than your lease. 2600 miles X .15 miles = $390 more

    So, in actuality, you paid $170 more, because Blizzard White is $220 more.

    You did great!

    My deal is better than that. Because mine is a Trim III. I have Bluetooth, JBL. MSRP was $25,200. If u get miles beforehand it is a little less than 10c per mile (~8 cents I got).

    U r good !! I need to learn from u. I do buy/lease 3-4 cars per year.

    Bell, that is an awesome deal for a III! You are absolutely right about buying extra miles upfront, 8 cents is great. What is your residual?

    residual is $15,470. MSRP was $25,200.

    my buddy just picked up a 2nd Prius today, same deal. :cheer2:

    not sure, but I think it is owned by same guy who also own Manhattan Toyota.

    Great! You guys are almost there, we just had a Prius/Labor Day BBQ, 7 of 8 showed up. We had a great time talking about our ownership experiences so far. Toyota would be thrill with our loyalty!
