    I am disappointed. I though the X-Prize should have been given to something more practical.

    It is not very easy to make a "practical" 100mpg car. At least this one has four seats, AC and a radio. I am amazed they could even meet that criteria and get 100mpg.

    It was also interesting that this was one of the few combustion engine fueled cars in the competition. The company that makes this car also has a pretty interesting blog on their site.

    I find it strange that this news only has one comment?
