Hi guys. I've been lurking for a few months, gathering all the information I could before I decide what car to get. I now currently looking for the lowest price I can on a 2010 II or III. Thank you guys for all of your help.
Welcome! We love our 2010-ll, but I'm sure any Prius will make you happy. We're saving $1,000 per year at the pump over my CR-V. I'll never go back.
Look at what I got! At Hooman Toyota of Long Beach I received a great offer that was significantly below invoice on a II with 1.9% APR for 60 months. Thank you guys for all of your help!
I plan on putting in a new head unit with navigation and a back-up camera, but other than that I like to keep things stock. Thank you. I think so too.
I'm loving this car! This is 60 degree, light rain weather, with heavy to moderate traffic, and both freeway and streets in equal amounts. If you see Trip A milage in the image, that's all I've driven in the vehicle. I'm getting this fuel economy after only 55 miles of experience, and I've never owned or driven (apart from the test dive) a hybrid. This is a very easy car to drive efficiently. I'm feeling more happy with this purchase after every mile.
A 1996 Ford F-250 Super Duty with a 5.8 L V8. I got about 13 mpg. With the Prius my car payment is less than what I'd spend on gas. This Prius was a long time coming.
Well, no. I can't reasonably tow anything, haul thousands of pounds in a bed, drive on very rocky dirt roads, but I also can't spend $50 going 200 miles. All in all, the truck will not be missed.
