    Good evening everyone
I'm a regular person trying to import a Toyota Prius 2010 into Colombia, South America. I’m looking for specific accredited certifications of conformity for tires, seat belts and windows and windshield. I urgently need this in order to import this car into my country. This will be the first Toyota Prius in Colombia if I get the information on time, knowing that in order to obtain the License to import this car I have to present to the authorities the accredited certifications for the components I mention to you by Dec 08 / 2010. Can anybody help me with this?
    Thanks A LOT!!
    Rafa

Your selling Dealership should be able to provide certifications for a vehicle they are selling. I'm sure any certification will be VIN specific, so I really don't see how anyone here would be able to assist. The other alternative would be to visit the FL DMV and see what they may be able to do for you.

    Thanks Paul,
Certifications are given to car series, It's not necessary to give your VIN. For example I got the EPA emissions certificate for the whole 2010 Prius series, no matter which VIN the car has. So I believe that anyone in Miami in a good relationship with your dealer’s representative will be able to get the certifications I’m looking for. I can’t get it in Colombia because there is no a Toyota Prius in Colombia.
I encourage anyone to help me with this. I have call from here some dealers but they don’t help me.
Thanks to all of you for even think on help me.
