First off, I want to give a huge thanks to Kyoei USA for handling the transaction in getting me the Aimgain kit for my Prius. I picked up the kit earlier this week and everything was great. As you'll tell from the photos, the front bumper is painted black because it came off their demo car (the same one on their website) while the rear bumper is brand new along with the roof spoiler. I haven't installed the side skirts yet since the car is getting wrapped. Daley Visual requested that I installed the front and rear bumper. Car is scheduled to be wrapped matte white the week after Christmas with Wraptivo and Daley Visual.

Stay tuned, the custom 18x8-inch Work Meister SP1 3-piece wheels will be here soon!

Fitment on the front bumper was perfect since it came off their demo car. But with all fibreglass kits, the rear needed a little bit of modification to get it to fit perfectly. Nothing major, just a little bit of grinding. But there were some fitment issues with the exhaust tips. Given that this is the first kit on a USDM Prius, I'll be letting Aimgain in Japan know the modifications I had to make to get everything to fit but overall I am very happy with the kit. The quality is top notch and it looks fantastic on the car. Can't wait to have the car wrapped for it to all match and get my wheels on!

Mirrors and visors are also incoming from Kyoei USA, thanks guys!!

Are you keeping the Lexus emblem(s)? I am buying a body kit for mine right now, but it appears to be an act of Congress to get the Lexus emblems like Aimgain has on their demo pictures...

Sweet! I think you should paint your whole car black though- it would go well with that bk.

No I will not be keeping the Lexus emblems. Will be reusing the stock Toyota emblems painted flat black.

Man I didn't realized their kit is fiberglass. I was hoping for a urethane front so I could roll static. Looks like I'll have to get air before I get the kit haha

I guess you don't want to sell the emblem(s).... SO, could you do me a favor and tell me if the Lexus front one (and rear one, if they sent it) are the same size as the Toyota ones? Aimgain said that they use the Lexus GS350 front emblem, and the LX470 rear one... Wanna make sure first, if you could help any.... Thanx...

Ugh, talking to manufacturers to make sure the part is right...I know what that's like. Honestly though, I would trust their answer. At least you got one. You probably don't have anything to worry about.

I just thought if you had the front one, mainly, that you could see if it was the same size as the Toyota one. Aimgain has the front "L" installed on THEIR body kit grille/front, so it COULD be a slightly different size than that that recessed/indented area on the stock grille/nose where the stock Toyota emblem is mounted...if you know what I mean... And a genuine Lexus emblem is a couple hundred bucks, so just trying to not spend that money and end up with the wrong size... Thanks, and sorry for bugging u!!

Sorry, been out of town for the Holidays.

The front Lexus emblem that came w/ the Aimgain kit is larger than the OEM front. I didn't get one for the rear, but the rear emblem is slightly smaller than the Lexus front.

    Hope that helps.

The Lexus emblem with the kit is definitely a different size than the Toyota one.

Bummer....so the front Lexus emblem from Aimgain is BIGGER than the Toyota emblem already on the Prius.... So, that won't work... And here I thought the Prius emblem was just about the biggest emblem I'd seen on a car. Bummer...thought I had finally figured it out... Sucks cause the factory emblems don't say their size, if you call the dealership. All they have is a parts number, so there's no way to match one up by size....short of going to a Lexus dealership and measuring them on every model car. Darn!!!
