Plan to get 2010, HBIII, solar option, has $1K incentive. I am a USAA Member.

what should be a total out of the door price, with incentive to dealer, for Phoenix, AZ?

I have attached the USAA price (doesn't include tax, license, dealer stuff_)

    thanks,

I am also a USAA Member and purchased our Prius through their buying service. If you read the fine print, that price is pre-negotiated and guaranteed. It also says that if the exact vehicle you want isn't available, they are to sell you any vehicle on the lot for the same amount under invoice as the one quoted. It should also list the dealer fees that will be charged. So, you should not pay any more than the quoted price (for that specific vehicle, if available) dealer fees and TTL.

Having said they, I have run across dealerships that have not honored that price. I had one tell me that price was only for a base model II, even though the website quote was for a III w/Nav. I reported the dealership to USAA...

It is a privilege for the Dealership to be included in the USAA buying program, not a right, and if they don't abide by the terms of the agreement, they can lose that privilege. Good luck with your purchase!

That is just about the price I was quoted in NJ for a III with solar. I am a USAA member but did not use the service this time. It seems that the dealership was willing to sell for 600 under invoice minus the current incentives, which can either be 0% or 800-1000 depending on your location. In NJ, we don't have the cash back option, so I am taking 0%.
Good luck with your new Prius!

The AAA price is the same as the USAA price. The fees appear to be listed in the fine print of your attachment. Ask your DMV what fees & taxes will be collected. Many dealers inflate these numbers.
