Do I need to replace the HID ECU when I replace the bulb? :D

Sad they didn't include 2004/2005 models. Mine gave out, and to their credit, Toyota refunded my $2000 cost (ECU and bulbs, both sides). There are MANY complaints from these years in the NTSB files, but somehow Toyota still insists the earlier HID models don't have the problem. Since this case is now closed, if you have an older car with the proboem, file a new complaint with Toyota and the NTSB web page.

Bought a pair on EBay for $20 and paid Precision Tune $80 to put them in my 2004 Prius because I was too lazy. Saved $500 - $2,000 from what I've seen other posters pay for a dealer replacement (ridiculous). They work GREAT and have a Lifetime Warranty. :tea: They won't let me post a link because I'm a newbie.
