Just Bought (leased) My 1st Prius

    Did I get a good deal?

    36month lease , 36k miles
    2010 Prius II New Base, with bluetooth , Blue
    $3000 down ($2000 on a trade in) , $209/month

    I've only had it for a day now, but my commute is 55miles one way. With my old ride, I was getting about 25mpg, so if I can get 50, the monthly lease payment will pay for itself with savings from gas. My insurance only went up $30/month.

    So far I couldn't be happier. Although I still find myself trying to put the key in the ignition.

    excellent! congrats and welcome aboard! that's quite a commute, you'll save a bundle as gas increases.

    It's too late now to decide if you did or didn't get a good deal.:D More importantly, relish the MPGs, technology and low-emissions.

    I used to live in southeast MI, so I know you'll get good use out of your Prius! Congrats and welcome to PriusChat.
