I guess I am using them somewhat wrong. In the winter I have to jam an ice scrapper under the mat so water does not flow on to the carpet.

I would say the only person that had operator error was the guy that designed the mats. He forgot they would get wet and did not design the rim tall enough.

    Final post!!

OK OK OK!Just went through the 201 posts in this thread!
Guess what you are the only one that owns these mats and absolutely hates them!
Sure you have a couple of fans but they have husky mats and think they are the greatest.

You were pi$$ed from the get go.

    LOOK post #32 your words:
(I hate doing business with companies that treat their customers this way. I would not recommend ordering the mats from Weather Tech. Wait until someone else makes mats that understands what customer service means.)

LOOK post#46 *this is when you should have sent them back*

(I received my WeatherTech mats finally. This is my small review.
Cons: They do not have fins to stop water, snow and mud from shifting side to side. They are not built from soft rubber. It feels like your putting your feet on rock hard plastic. I can not comment on how they wear over time yet. The companies’ customer service is really bad. If you order from WeatherTech you will not get them in 7-10 business days like they promise.)

    I'm just at a loss for words!Really!!
What would make you happy? Huskey mats? I"m not sure!

    Re: Final post!!

I don't get it. Someone has shown proof that they are unsatisfied with a product and suddenly it's "hate". I'm at a loss for words at how you are unable to recognize the issues with those mats. Instead, you intend to smear the reputation of an unhappy customer (who hasn't been flaming, trolling, or using hateful language) instead of providing proof that the mats work as intended. If you want to, you can submit a picture as to how high the rear of the mat is with a ruler. Also, if you want to, you can submit a picture of the rear cargo digital fit mat and show that the left cubby hole isn't deformed because of poor design.

I took one look at pictures on the weathertech website and already knew I wasn't going to buy them because they look like a pain in the nice person to constantly clean. Not to mention, placing your feet on hard plastic does not feel as nice as soft rubber all weather mats. Nor does it insulate road noise better. I don't want to feel like I'm driving around in a utility van. Why anyone would pay 150+ dollars for something like this is beyond me.

Not to keep bashing WeatherTech but I had original planned on original purchasing a 2010 Prius V with a Misty Grey interior I prematurely ordered some Light Grey WeatherTechs. I did not take delivery of that car so I called to cancel my order. After over an hour on hold in there call cue I spoke to someone who said that she could cancel the order because it had not yet been fulfilled or shipped yet, and that I should call back the next day to make sure the order did get cancelled. I did as instructed and called back the next day and confirmed the order was cancelled they told me it had been cancelled. About a month later I saw a charge on my AMEX from WeatherTech I was like Wth? I called AMEX and filled a dispute and then called WeatherTech. I spoke to someone there who said they have to check with another department and that only half of my order was cancelled but have no fear nothing has shipped and that they could handle it for me. Then a week later a cargo liner showed up at my house. From the time I called about the charges and the time the cargo liner came my AMEX was credited back. Then I called back and said that I received the cargo liner and that I needed to get a return shipping label. A week later I got the return shipping label and dropped off to FedEx ending my dealings with WeatherTech. I thought the customer service was okay just incompetent, after the call regarding the charges I got a direct extension to the customer service agent who helped me the rest of the way. I would like to thank Judgeless and PapaGallo for steering me towards the Huskies. My 2011 V Blizzard and Bisque is equipped with Black Husky Liner WeatherBeaters in the first and second row and a Grey cargo liner in the rear. I did post some pics of the WeatherTech cargo liner for everybody to check out while I had it my possession.

    Re: Final post!!

I would be happy if WeatherTech would return my voicemails or emails to start. I would be happy if they offered me a replacement set of mats that do not have the defect or offer me a full refund if they do not plan on addressing the defect.

I posted links to this thread in all the emails I sent them. Instead of addressing the issue they ignore it.

I picked up a set of the WT floor mats from my dealer for only $59.60 for a complete set of 4 mats. I got a set for my 10 Prius & 09 Corolla. :D They fit great & cover more than the stock carpet mats.

I just got my set of Digital Fit Weathertechs and I have to say I think they are great. Vancouver is wet all year round so these handle the rain well. that being said I can see that if you had piles of snow in your foot well they could leak at the gas pull or at the mat hook locations.

I think for most applications these mats are great and they will hold up a hell of a lot better than the original Prius mats.

Thanks for confirming that they have not changed the design. All they need to do is make that rim 1†taller and these would be great mats.

It is like owning a really nice swimming pool with a big hole that leaks all the time.

Funny that you should mention that.....
In good 'ol NJ we had some serious rain/flooding the last 2 days.
The water from my shoes created a small swimming pool in my Husky mats that would have leaked right through the anchor holes in the WT's.
Didn't have a camera with me when I saw the water on my mats, but I wouldn't kid about this....

Does you dealer have a website that might sell these? What is the name of the dealership? That is a great price and a very good substitute for the Husky or other WeatherTechs as these ACTUALLY cover most of the dead pedal. That is my biggest complaint of the other mats as they don't cover enough of the dead pedal. $59 is a GREAT deal! They are $99 on the WeatherTech site and $114 on AutoAnything.

I have the weathertech floor liners in my bisque 08 and 10. I ordered black and they look nice. Enough black in the trim to match. Unfortunately I ordered the beige cargo liner for the 10 and it doesn't match anything. My husband had the grey in a car and they looked dirty and worn after a year. The black ones still look nice after each clean up. The liners are very nice and really protect the carpet. Have the in a mustang, Ram 1500, Jeep liberty and they always fit perfect.

I have black liners and the color looks great. Unfortunately they do not protect my carpet from bad weather. Major design flaw.

Concerned black will be too dark for what is a medium gray color. Wish they offered a black interior. Anyone know how close of a gray match the mats are?

Why would anyone buy defective mats? The Husky mats are a better choice for now.

Because for many of use they are not defective. Does your car lean hard on the driver's side for some reason?
