    Someone came in and offered cash in toto... the bank accepted... shoot...


    Soooo... it at least gives me some more time to build up the savings... :D

    You must have me confused with someone else Bra... I have bid on 5 houses in the last 3 1/2 years... two we got, two I backed out of after I had MY inspectors look em over and verify permits (only lost the $900+ for the inspections and the $2000 in good faith for each of them, about $6K in a gambling loss so-to-speak), and this one that someone came in with all cash...

    There are more opportunities on the horizon... and I will take advantage of that when I can afford to buy in... I just don't want to buy a money hole like my daughter's house was without having enough in reserve to tackle problems when we find em.
