    I'm new also. Picked up my Prius4 on Sunday. I've been averaging 49-50 MPG. Mu first fill up should be soon. So far so good.

    Just filled up today for the first time. 48.7 MPG/ Pretty good for the first time. I did notice today when it was cold my MPH were a little lower. What causes that?

    I know it's been cold up there and that's what causes that slight decrease in MPGs. You'll find your MPGs climbing back up with temps. This is probably true for most ICEs. Some on PriusChat block their grilles in the winter.

    So true. Your awareness while driving Prius would raise to a totally new level.
