    Hey all,

I was wondering your opinions on removing the front plate holder all together and having a body shop sand, fill, and paint the bumper. I took mine off and feel that it made it "flow" much bettter. Of course I am not expecting a MPG increase, this would be a curb appeal, personalization, kind of mod. Let me know what you all think?

    Thanks,
    2007 Black Non-Touring

Before you go through the hassle of filling and painting your holes after you remove your front license plate bracket you might want to look in to Bumper Plugs. http://www.bumperplugs.com/BPindex.html
Another member recommended this in a different thread.

I guess it would depend upon the laws where you live. The cost to refinish that front bumper is probably about $600. Fortunately they never installed my front plate bracket so I have been hole free since delivery. Looks much better w/o a front plate. But it is the law in my state and I could be stopped at any moment....but I don't drive like a fool and so far no one has bothered.
