I sent them money for decals and a windshiled heatshield over a month ago finally last week got the decals. I have written numerous emails and they have never answered them. I still have not recieved the heatshield and probably want. I am tired of trying to get a respones from them. Has anyone had the same problem or know how I can contact them?

Edited title to reflect the current "discussion". Thank you for all of the good reviews, guys!

I got the heat shields, but they shipped the wrong ones! I wrote the shop and got no response. I wrote the heat shield company, and they collected the box and sent me the correct replacements, no problem.

The "other moderators" don't have anything to do with the Prius Shop, but Danny should be happy to help.

The HeatShield comes from a 3rd party and if there have been that many issues with them lately then maybe Danny needs to consider dropping them as a supplier/sponsor.

Have others gotten theirs OK or have there been other problems?

Got mine within a week of ordering it. Only problem was getting a nice surprise from UPS about ridiculous taxes and handling fees. I never had to pay fees when I ordered the EV mod. Are they jipping me or is because the Heatshield is a bigger item?

dogtrainer, please PM Danny. He'll be glad to help.

I have had no problems with my orders from the shop and I also used Paypal. The instructions were detailed as to how to get it done though.

I ordered a front window sunscreen last Friday and put a check in the mail for it. Hopefully, it will arrive in a timely manner. I will advise when it arrives.

I've ordered several things through the PC shop, and have never had an issue with any of them!

It's important to follow the ordering instructions if you are using PayPal (I always use PP, but I follow the instructions), so that you get the order confirmation, and the shop gets your details.

I have to say, in the last year I've ordered a BT stiffening plate, mud flaps, front windshield heatshield, scangague II, all weather mats, and hell, I can't even remember what else now, all from the PC Store. I have never had one problem with the delivery, payment, or service at all.

I'm sure someone will come to your aid. Please do as suggested and contact Danny directly. I have no doubt he'll either fix the problem, or tell you what's up. Good luck!! Let us know what happens. B)

I oredered a BT, and a heatshield and a rear WeatherTech mat from PC shop and Paypal'ed it and no problem. The Heatshield is excellent in that it fits to perfection and is really heavy duty. They all took about 2-3 weeks to get here. I think the BT took almost a month for some reason. I do alot of eBay so I'm used to a long wait. I never tried to reach P.C. shop though. Paypal has saved me a few times when I have gotten boned on eBay. They have always gotten me a refund.
Now Wet Okole is another problem. There going on a month now. I called them just to get an idea and they said it was in "production" then I got an envelope in the mail 3 days later with color swatches to chose from and a notice of another 2 weeks. It will be 2 months I reckon to receive it at this rate.

I've ordered the heat shield, the iPod integration unit and the ScanGauge through the shop using PayPal and everything went fine. My biggest problem is that I seem to get the notion to buy an item not knowing that there's a group buy in progress.
So I wait and wait, then finally contact Danny who always very politely explains why I'm waiting. I can't figure out how this coincidence has happened to me twice, but that's my own problem for not looking into these things before I take the plunge.

New owner here, I purchased the Shark Fin last night, but when I followed the directions to "Return to merchant" on the Paypal page, it kept going in circles, sending me back to my order page and then sending me to Paypal's payment page. It only debited my Paypal account once, but I couldn't get to PC's "FINISHED" section when completing my order. I received a receipt from Paypal in my email, but no confirmation of the Shark Fin order or when it would be shipped. I emailed Danny via PC shop and PM'd him this evening through here, any idea on how long a Shark Fin order takes to ship? Thanks, and I will not make any newbie threads since there is a TON of info already here.

I ordered a Sharkfin a month ago. It took me a little while to figure how to get back from the PayPal payment page (I believe it was that I had to scroll down the screen where the correct Return button was hidden). They told me it would take 4 weeks (they order them from soemone else who makes them), but it arrived in less than three.

No problems either. I followed the instructions and waited patiently for a couple of weeks for everything to arrive in good condition. I would use them again.
