Any info on the 2012 Prius? Changes to the options, colors, etc?

    Thanks.

Toyota usually remains pretty tight-lipped about upcoming changes until "really close" to release time. Feature previews might come a few months before release. Pricing is usually announced a few weeks before.

I wouldn't expect any 2012 news until August or September at the earliest. With all that's going on, I don't think Toyota's in an hurry to get the new model year out.

Toyota remains tight-lipped about anything ever. I am tired of having an option on a Toyota for years, then seeing someone like Ford shouting about BlueTooth, and saying, "oh yeah, I have that - on my 2007," and having people look at me like I am a sad case. I had to convince a friend of mine that the Avalon came with all that it did, and he bought one instead of a Mercedes. Buick even asserts on their web site that you can't get certain options on the Avalon in their lame comparo with the LaCrosse. Toyota needs to spend some marketing money besides their end of year sale.

Ok, we're talkin regular non-plug in Prius which will mostly be a carryover ..

I'd wager we see a new exterior color, maybe a couple more HP, and a few electronic features.

I'd say looking at the 04-05 and then the 06', there may be a refreshening like headlight/taillight design, maybe Entune (The new radio which was shown for the Prius v) will make its way into the 2012 Prius... You just never know as it is simply too early. So while many things in general will be a carryover, cosmetic changes are still something new and to me not a simple carryover.
