    Cool. Highly impractical as a vehicle, of course, but its purpose was to showcase Plexiglass, which was relatively new at the time. Assuming the auction estimate holds true, it's also more than held it's value against inflation, despite an astronomical build price.

    What a cool concept. I bet you would be really upset if the internal parts started signs of rust.... You might have to paint the car to hide the rust stains....:eek:

    I doubt bondo and a respray are in this car's future. Considering the investment, it's likely going to a climate-controlled environment. Right next to all Jay Leno's other cars. ;)
