    Really? Sorry to hear that. I've only lost 5 minutes and haven't thought about it at all until now. Including these two posts, I'm now -6 minutes.

    Got mine today inside in an unmarked padded envelop. It has a chrome plastic frame. The custom "digital art work" looks like a ceramic tile. Size is about 2.6" x 2.3". It has double sized adhesive foam on the back. On top it has a small Prius silhouette and the words: prius goes platinum. On the bottom: 1 million. Quite nice.
