I was making a joke about how far off topic the thread has gotten. Tom is absolutely right though, Michigan schools are suffering from budget cuts. Texas schools did not get the increases they should have gotten to catch up, and have some unnecessary painful cuts in the next two years.

The story was in the Guardian, not fox, not Murdock, not American. Its one of the old European media that is helping in the race to the bottom.

 

We can only hope. At the very least they can vaporize Detroit.

The only way you would believe the first statement is if you are living under a rock, a.k.a. Fox "News".
