Well about 3 weeks ago my dealer that I bought the Prius called and advised me they were offering incentives on trading in a 2010 Prius that had less that 10,000 miles. I dismissed them at first, but called the guy back and traded in my Prius for a 2011 Venza I can't tell you how much I like feeling the power behind a gas pedal again.. I liked my Prius but felt like something was missing, the Prius I had was missing a lot of the features that I wanted and the Venza came loaded with them.

But thank you everyone for helping me out on the forums! I might be back!

Nice Car, Venza is really nice especially if you get the sweet V6, If the gas mileage does not bother you, you are going to enjoy it and not miss the Prius at all, but you'll be back for the next Gen Prius!

Good for you only you know what you want or what will make you happy.
What Venza did you get, I4, V6, AWD? My wife really wanted me to get a Venza I liked it allot also but I liked the FE of the Prius better. I told her since it was going to be my daily driver that I had final say. I also said that if she wanted a Venza to get rid of her Tacoma and she can get one. She is still driving her truck.

Got the i4 and it has plenty of power for me. I just filled up cost about 48.00 (Gas price here is 3.25) and it lasted around 309 miles...

Wow $3.25 per gallon have not had prices that low here in maybe five or six years. It has been over $4.00 per gallon for a while now with the worst highs over $5.00 per gallon.

I really like the Venza, and hope that some day they offer it with the hybrid drivetrain. A few years back the Toyota chairman said that they would eventually have hybrids available in the entire line. I might give up my Lexus for a hybrid Venza. ;)

Ha,Ha,Ha! Like that. Damm, the guys from Tulsa too!:D Oh well.

My dealer wanted to trade for mine as well, and my wife would have preferred a Camry, or Venza. But I wanted the F.E. I had 30K on mine at the time and they were still willing to give me more than I had paid for it new! Probably should have grabbed the "insanity" while I could, as they didn't even want a level 3 that I saw for sale a week ago, locally. And it only had 8K on it, was like new, in an estate!
