Prius Owners Poll - What do you do for a living?

I'm a heavy duty diesel engine specialist for a major truck manufacturer.

 

Licensed California wholesaler dealing in RV's, boats, cars and anything else that has a motor or wheels. I buy private party and auction vehicles. Former life was 28 years with Safeway/Von's as a Butcher, Store Manager and Director of Meat and Seafood.

 

I am the world's greatest lover. And I am retired from two other careers (I am still a writer with more rejection slips than any other literati in the world), the nature of which I shall not reveal because you will all think I am a criminal. I am 168 years old; and I did not survive this long because I worked hard. In all my life's experiences, I have been thrown out of better places than this before. I truly appreciate all the helpful advice I've been given by my fellow Prius owner brethren and sisteren. Thanks!

Job change!

Okay, now I REALLY work for the state... I have a permanent position!

I process business license applications. okay, not terribly exciting, but it is a job, and I have benefits, and I work with good people - mostly - so, all is good.

 

Congrats! I continue to be a SSC to state government. (scum sucking contractor)

 

I'm an unemployed Viking.

 

Orthopaedic sales rep. My car is my office, and sees a lot of hard use.

 

I am a process engineer at the 300mm fab.

 

Engineer in the petroleum industry.

 

I'm a high school teacher and my wife is a funeral director.

 

I am a Engineering Lab Technician at a major Beverage Company.

 

Wife and I are both Graphic Designers. She runs the design studio at Dartmouth College's Performing Arts Center, I'm self-employed.

 

I'm a Student/Intern Pharmacists.

 

New to the Prius family. State Education Director. My wife is next, followed by my son who is starting his medical school journey. Doing my best to convince my peers to make the move as well. Great car!

I'm a Business Development Manager at a Major Building Supply Manufacturer by day and Entrepreneur by Night.
