Hello all - my first post here, but I've been lurking for a while and as a regular poster on a few other BBs, I thought it was time. I've greatly appreciated many of the threads and issues people have discussed and thought I could ask a question of my own - maybe it'll help someone else out. Oh, and if this thread is a re-post, please direct me to the original thread and I will take this one down (if its allowed, anyway).

So, my question: I recently purchased an '09 Prius. When driving, the MFD shows the trip info/MPG stats. If I want it to show audio or climate, I can press the button the dash and that info will be displayed. However, shortly thereafter (10-15 seconds maybe? maybe less?), the screen reverts to showing trip info/MPG stats. I'd like to have my display remain on whatever I select - be in audio, climate, or trip info. Does anyone know how to make this happen?

    Many thanks in advance!

That is normal operation in a Gen2 Prius.

There is a setting to change the default behavior:

    Hi Try this:

Under "Screen Settings" on the "Info screen" set "Automatic Screen Transition" to Off

    Regards,
