Will I have to remove the whole front bumper to change the front parking light bulbs ?

I noticed that one of them is missing and the other one burnt out.

Parking light is replaced on the backside of the headlight. The turn signal you can replace by removing the under cover and reaching up behind the light unit. Pretty easy.

The drivers side is easy. You simply reach behind/under the headlight assembly where you feel the bulb going in. Gently twist and it will 1/4 or half turn and then the connector comes out with the bulb attached. Pull the bulb out of the connector and push the new one in. On the passenger side you have to remove one bolt to push a hose out of the way, I think it's an air hose but I forget, it's been a while. I've done mine like 3 times now going from the stock to bluevisions and then LED's.

The coolant tank hose needs to be moved to the side.

Yeah, the passenger side is tough... lots of skin removed on that one.

I haven't found any LED bulbs that are an acceptable match to the stock LED headlights so I did this.

That hose is a definite, but using an 11mm(?) socket to remove the bolt holding the air intake hose(?) and moving the hose up and out of the way gives a lot more room to work with. I always find it easy to locate the socket to remove the bulb, but trying to get it back into place makes me feel like I need to become gumby lol.

Next time you'll have another option and hopefully save some skin :)

The owners manual has bulb replacement instructions, including moving a few parts to more easily access the passenger side headlight assembly.

Just curious, you say one bulb is missing and the other burned out? How did that happen?

I guess I didn't notice those bulbs before I bought the car, I didn't even know there were parking light there until i came to prius chat, than i looked closely and I saw the left side bulb was missing, and the right hand side, there was a bulb there but it was black, so i assumed it was burnt out ><

60 SMDs? I highly doubt it. The parking light area is very small.

Given the number of burnt out front-facing parking lights I've seen on the 2010 taxis, I'd say heat is an issue (or cheap bulbs).

 Umm... they're too wide. The opening is a few mm larger in diameter than the W5W bulbs. (Unless the ebay photo is zoomed in but even then, wow that's a big bulb! That might work for places with more room or where the bulb doesn't have to squeeze into a hole like the maplights or door courtesy lights.
