choosing new tires for 2010 prius

    I really do agree, I had chosen the Ecopia EP422 (also offered at costco) but they are out of stock and there are none left in the pipeline, including the Bridgestone warehouses (according to the costco guy). Have to wait for them to make more in months.
    I probably should consider the Nokians.

    I hear ya. My favorite tires seem to be on backorder a lot recently (Energy Saver A/S, ContiContactPro, EP422 etc.).

    Something to consider with the Nokians. If they give you even 2mpg better than the Potenzas and if they last 80,000 miles you will come out ahead in savings despite the initial higher price of the Nokians. :) This assumes the Potenzas last 80,000 miles which is HIGHLY unlikely given their 400 UTQG rating.
