Without Warning - Would not start

    I'm not going to hold my breath over it, but, yes, I will at least give the dealership a chance to offer a pro-rated refund.

    Toyota warrants the replacement 12V battery for 24 months from the date of purchase or installation. From 24 months to 84 months they offer a prorated credit (based upon MSRP) towards the purchase of a comparable Toyota battery excluding taxes and labor.

    So, I doubt that you will get a $ refund but you may get a replacement battery or a credit towards the purchase of a battery (neither of which you need at this point.)
