I presume you mean bluetooth hands-free phone control. The switches are on the steering wheel. Off hook, on hook (on/off). The setup is in menus on the MFD (multi-function display).

Yes, it's available without Nav. but with JBL.

 

I have the exact car you are asking about. A user manual from toyota is 25 and worth it if you get one.

One big consideration since you're buying used is to verify that in the warranty booklet that there's a mention of the 10 year/150K mile hybrid battery warranty for the states that it was purchased and operated in before (e.g. California). CA and other CARB emission states are eligible for such a warranty as long the vehicle was purchased and operated on those states. The problem is that various states got added over time for CARB emissions purposes. Example: Oregon didn't get added on until a few years ago whereas CA has had it since 04.

I believe the touring model will have nicer 16" wheels, touring suspension, xenons, JBL, bluetooth, rear camera and a larger spoiler all standard.

The touring model is perfect for someone like you who wants most of the bells and whistles but not all of them, and trust me it may not seem like much but that one inch larger wheels make a difference, not just the size but they look much better as well.

 

When I bought my car, I didn't have access to high speed internet, had a data connection that charged by the MB, and would have needed to print the whole thing out to keep with the car. $25 to avoid the hassle was well worth it and the manual fits neatly in the glovebox where the 50 or so sheets of paper wouldn't.
