    I just bought a 2010 Prius v with ATP with 24000 miles
    I paid $26650.00 sticker price
    Was this a fair price???

Once at the dealer my certified car had a 8inch scrape on the one of the rims and the floor mats were dirty in the front. The back ones were missing but they said they'd put them during the sale
Since the rim was scratched I asked for a good deal on the platinum extended warranty I wanted to pay $1300 for 6/125k plan. The salesmen would not do it for me so they brought in the closer/store manager
He wanted to charge me 3200 for 7/100k and said the 125k didn't exist
After almost 3 hours I got my price down to $26,600.00 and the warranty for $1500.00
When I went to the finance department the price had not changed and was again $26,650.00 but after 5 hrs at the dealer battling I didn't want to fight anymore
I took the car home only to find out they did not put the back seat mats.
I've called 3x and they won't return my calls. I am on the verge of canceling my platinum coverage and buying it with Troy from Prius Chat
    What would you do?
Should I negotiate for store credit with them and request brand new mats. I can't believe I was lied to with the platinum warranty and I still paid a high price compared to Troys prices.
Should I call Toyota, does that even help?
Should I get something else from them in exchange for this hassle.

Looks like you didn't do your homework before you bought the car or warranty. It would be worth cancelling the warranty and getting a better price because $1500 for 7yr/100K is ridiculous.

Regarding the floor mats, you could go to the dealership and ask the sales person. Don't be surprised if they don't do it, just walk away and get yourself nice set of weather tech mats. They are awesome.

Congratulations on your new to you car. Put all this behind you and try to enjoy your car.
