Spreadsheet : VINs, Delivery Dates, Order Dates etc

    Where are you getting the times from? Is it from the time stamp of the emails that you got on the order and then the confirmation email?

    Yes, all times are based on the Email timestamps. You should have received 3 emails. If you are not in Pacific time zone, then please adjust your time to PST.

    Glad this has been made a sticky. I do hope more people enter the information. I see a lot more are entering their info in the order # thread. I hope they would enter their info here too. You do not have to enter info that you are not comfortable with.

    I'm not sure how accurate the information in this spreadsheet is. Paradox's two car's are both listed as being 'Base' trim (and I'm quite sure his personal PiP is the 'Advanced' trim).

    Sorry all but I removed myself from the list. This is the third time my info has been messsed with and I'd rather not be on there than have misinformation listed. There was more changed than just my level of trim...

    That is really unfortunate. It seems like the spreadsheet should have been set up such that the only person who can change your own information is yourself (password protected, or something like that).

    John, Dianne ended up with 155 orders. All confirmed. Many of those were Priuchat-connected but lots were also my previous clientele and referrals...

    It's been a ton of work. But, I'd do it again! :p

    I have been away for a while due to personal reasons. It's unfortunate that data is either missin or being messed with. It happens when users try to sort data not realizing it can affect other columns. Some do it on purpose. This is the reason I typically would have locked the sheet so only certain super users can change it.

    Like I said, I just got caught in some personal things. If someone wants to mange the data let me know and I can lock the sheet an give admin access to certain users.

    On the other hand I got email saying my PIP is built already.

    When did your email notice arrive, and what was the build date? My order sheet shows mine, also gray, was built on Feb 8, but so far no email. Thanks.

    Quite a few people had problems where the email didn't come through or it went into their spam folder, especially using gmail. If you're dealer is confirming it was built and the site (which has not been working since Saturday morning) shows it's built, it's all good.

    I'm just curious as I sit waiting... the other emails from them have come through, but I continue to check the junk mail just in case. Now, how to figure exactly which ship mine is on.......:p

    I'm with ya' Roger, I know it'll come in about a month and hell I've waited this long but I can't help but keep looking for more stuff everyday! The fun will come once you know a ship name for certain and track it once near enough to the U.S. Well, the 1/2 fun, the real fun will be driving it off the lot!

    Since you have gotten all the other emails, and as long as the PiP site does show a build date already, maybe shoot Prius Team a pm just letting Erica know. I realize she is busy as heck right now, but something like that she may like to know... (That this email didn't go thru while all the rest have)

    Sit tight rogerv, it will happen. Don't bug Erica, she's got enough to do. I don't have an email yet either, but my dealer told me that his system shows my build the week of 20 Feb. Then a day or two later his system said the week of 5 Mar. It will happen just sit tight. I saw where someone with order # 1700 already has a built date. My number is 1033. Toyota has said they will try to build them in order best then can, here again I'm not worried. It will happen.

    My order shows the following info

    Online order submitted 11/17/2011
    Online dealer agreement : Check
    Online order confirmed : check
    Manufacturing month confirmed: check
    Your Plug-in was built : check
    In transit to port 2/8/2012
    Arrived at US port :

    So I am assuming it will be here soon. Since I have not seen the PIP yet or driven one, can anyone give me more info on the interior and trunk space? Are the rear seats foldable? my wife and i are expecting our first child and I wanted to ensure there will be decent space in trunk with a stroller and other baby stuff etc. :)
