    David,
Was the 9th also the estimated production date you were given earlier? It was for me, and the info Dianne has indicates that was the build date on my car. But the "My Order" page says Feb 8. Not going to make any difference, it's still at least a month away.
So, will one of us be the first kid in Simi with a PiP? I wonder if anyone is using DCH for delivery.

I was never given a actual production date, or if I did get one, I missed it. This was within the one week window that Dianne gave me. I would think that they will arrive at Carson Toyota at the same time...We might have to fight for the charging plugs at Costco!!!!

If your car was produced, I'll give you production date. Not a problem!

Every PHEV here will be fully gassed, electrically charged, I'll put fresh air in your imaginary spare tires, and fuss over every car to make sure they are perfect and ready to roll.

We have a charging station PLUS lots of plug-in places for just regular juicing.

Wow, you keep talking like that and I fear my car won't get off the boat in Benicia... It'll want to stay on to Long Beach to come hang out at your dealership... :)

I don't know if Pat Coleman on the East Coast is reading this thread, or if anyone else knows, but does anyone know what the name of the ship heading to the East Coast is? I don't want only west coasters crashing the maritime servers! :)

Hopefully that ship left at midnight on the 9th...That was when mine was built.

Last time I looked, they had some updating to do with the equipment at Costco. :D

New Century 2 shows that at 2/9/12 01:58 it was still in port (based on the GPS coordinates and the 0 knots speed). At 13:59 it was about 120-140km away from port.

The estimate I got from the website was mine was to be built on the 9th, available for shipping on the 10th, and shipping on the 14th. I'm thinking it takes a few days to get to the port and loaded on a ship. last time I checked, mine was built on the 8th, but nothing showed under "in transit to port" or "arrived at U.S. port". And Dianne's dealer info has mine being built on the 9th, as originally estimated. What will we all do for fun when all this is over, and we have our PiP's?

The order page says "In transit to port 2/8/2012" - which port do they refer to? The US arrival port or the Japan departure port?

Let's hope it's the arrival port!

Yeah, I kind of wondered which port they were referring to, the departure or arrival, when they say in transit. When a date shows up there for mine, maybe I will be able to tie it to the ship info that is being posted. If mine also says in transit to port on the 8th, I'm going to go with being transported to the departure port.

My order status shows built on 2/7, but doesn't have any other dates... nothing about being on the ship. Is this just not updated yet? Or should we assume that since it was built earlier than some 2/8 cars that area apparently on the boat to NorCal, that I'm on there too?

My order doesnt even show on the Toyota website anymore (hasn't since Saturday or so). It just says "You have no orders active currently". However, Dianne mentioned here that my order # is on the ship already.

Not sure if I should post here or in the Updates thread so you might see this twice:

Manufacturing Month Confirmed: date that we confirmed your order would be built (not the date your order is going to be/was built)

Your Plug-in was Built: self explanatory, eh?

In Transit to Port: on a boat and headed to the US port

Arrived at US Port: scanned at the US port.

Keep in mind, depending on the arrival time, port installed options, the weather and any other factors you want to throw in the mix (including me getting to pot to inspect the arrivals and giving the go-ahead for the ports to start releasing cars), some vehicles may take a few days or even a week to get processed at the US port. Then there's delivery time to the dealer.

We're aware that there are some of you that can't see your orders right now. We're working on resetting the servers among other fixes. Please stay tuned. Orders don't disappear so if you had one last week, unless you cancelled it, it's still there:)

    Thanks,

...and some of you are not getting email updates from Toyota.

If you're on my team, ask me, your coach! I have lots of back-screen information I can access to answer your questions. Best way to get me is to email me. Or, ask here. I'll get to you as I am able to, as quickly as possible. Just keep in mind that things change as time passes.

And, as Erica stated, there's no correlation between YOUR CAR and what you see online as far as blank screens and missing data goes. Like the missing emails: just because you're not being emailed by Toyota about your car doesn't mean your car isn't in process.

Well, my dealer confirmed that my estimated ship date to NorCal is 2/14 - same date as a bunch of Dianne's. So it looks like the 2/7 build date wasn't enough time to get on the New Century's 2/9 departure date. Five more days isn't too bad though... Lots of cars coming over!
