We picked up our PIP tonight from Dianne at Carson Toyota. I just wanted to take the time to thank Dianne for the whole experience from start to finish! From letting us know from the outset the exact day of order beforehand, to the Christmas ornament, the constant updates, I could go on and on. Just to give you an idea of how great she made this - we arrived on the lot at :6:55PM and Dianne/Nathan had us ready to drive off the lot in our new PIP at 8:15PM. True to her word almost 4 months ago, she never cashed the original deposit check we sent her in November. That's right - she held our car on our word only that we wanted this car. I know many have praised Dianne and her team on this board before, but this was just an awesome experience overall for us. I've gone through 5 cars just myself in the last 10 years but this has been the first new car since 2003 - yes the horrid experiences at dealerships drove us to always go private party used. My wife and I would like to say a big thanks to Dianne, Nathan and the rest of the team. The PIP is our 4th Toyota in use in our family and we are definitely coming back to you guys the next time we need to replace one. :cheer2:My wife requested I put this one for you Dianne!

Forgive the iPhone pics, it's all we had on us!

is everyone paying cash for financing? If so what rates and thru toyota or dealerships? Also does the PIP also come with the 2 year of maintenance included?

For financing they are offering 2.9% for 60 months. I think Nathan said it's 5 oil changes...Dianne should know better and probably will clarify this better than I can.

I'm curious where you got 2.9% for 60 months? If it's from Toyota's website, those are promo rates for specific models. Dianne told me that there won't be promo rates for the Prius Plug-in and Toyota's premier rate is 3.25%.

BTW, Pentagon Federal Credit Union has 1.99% for 48 months or 2.49% for 60 months.

How did you get those rates? I see 1.99% resp 2.49% on their site

I believe it is 5 "services," not all of which include oil changes, which are done at 10K intervals. The 5K interval services are mainly for tire rotation and checking fluid levels. Synthetic oils last longer, so no need to change every 5K like with the older models.

Congratulations on your new PiP. I expect to pick mine up early next week. It is at Dianne's dealership, but waiting on leather install.

My mistake; I was going by my faulty memory. The rates are 0.50% lower if you used PenFed's auto buying service, but the Prius Plug-in can't be purchased through it. I corrected my post above.

Yes you guys are right about the rates being 3.25%. I saw the sign outside from the freeway about 2.9 for 60 mos, but it doesn't apply to the PIP. I actually didn't use the financing there...we got the loan from Alliant Credit Union. Their rates is 1.99 for up to 72 months and then 2.99 for 84 months. Hope that helps.

I have been prepping my Thank You to Dianne and Nathan for my Clearwater Blue which I picked up on Friday AM. Love the car!

I got 4.0% through Toyota with some cash down.

I passed on the extended warranty. PM if you have any questions!

Got my PIP from Dianne last Wed. Like the first poster, my experience with Dianne, Nate and Carson was easy, fast, low stress. I think they absolutely nailed all the hotspots of what I was looking for as a lightly educated PIP buyer that really wanted the stickers. Constant and useful communcation, guidance throughout the pre-order and order process, information about tax credits, low hassle pricing and financing, and they were even extremely mindful of the carpool situation. In fact, I got my license plates (last step needed for the carpool application) only 1 day after I got my car. My understanding is that they are sending someone to the DMV every other day to pickup their customer's plates. I also wanted aftermarket leather seats at the last mintue and Dianne helped expedite installation so that I could get the car in only one addtional day. Timing was very important for me as I had sold my car on craigslist the night before. A couple months before I bought a 2011 Sienna from this team and had a good experience with that as well. I have nothing but good things to say about the team so keep up the good work and thanks for making me feel like you put the customer first!
