    Hello my name is Jennifer not exactly sure where to post I'm shopping for a 2012 Prius. One quick question can you get the solar roof option with the five trim package?

    Local Toyota dealer's website says Prius IV in Barcelona Red with Solar Roof Pkg Is in stock. Touch.Toyota.com says it is an option on theIV.

    Not the five though, and not the Prius v.

    Thanks I found one with the IV and solar package just wanted to make certain what the sales people said was correct. I see a place to post for the Prius V. And C and 2nd gen 2010 + which forum am I

    Well a dealer found a 2012 red roof 4 trim package its on the boat its funny that I came across horn mod post. The first thing I did when I sat in the car was beep it. I was going to junk yard but you guys wrote that that mod so well I can couch sit and order the parts

    Last year solar roof was option on Three and Four, should be same now. No solar roof on Five mostly because of extra weight of larger wheels.

    btw, for 2010 model, 'Five' used to be Prius V ... Prius v (wagon) came out late 2011, so the 'regular' Prius' changed to trim Two, Three, Four, Five.

    It depends. Whatever forum here you choose, start a new thread for your issue.

    If you already have a 2007 Prius, as you profile states, Iit is what we call a Generation 2 Prius. The forums are here.
