Look forward to see what you do! Wheels and suspension mods are popular here...lots of data and photos to bounce off of. Engine mods are not that popular however.

From the pic...I would go with the black and machined face. Not sure how the white rims would come off since your paint is not pure white, but the BP. But who knows...would need to see it I suppose to know for sure.

    Keep us posted!

Might be my temp for a little while....rating 1-10?...without them on I would give it a 7.

I hate all black wheels but if the white looks good with the machine face then go for it. How much do those wheels weigh?

    The white's weight 20lb's a piece....not too bad for a 18". I think the ADR Fuels weight 20 lb's too.

19's?...wow, that would be a first I have heard for 19's. 18's are pretty rare on Prius.

there are a few with 19"s...even saw one with 20"s. Of course, your options are more limited up there and the needed lower profile tires make them less practical. But it depends on what you are trying to accomplish.

I would love to go up to 19"s, but too many factors keeping me away.

I'm having a hard time thinking that 17's may look too big on the Prius, let alone 18" or even 19" wheels. The 19" wheels in those pics just look way too big with no tire sidewall at all. IMO bigger wheels can go too far, just like any other good thing in life. ;) I really loved the 16" size of the winter wheels from my Corolla on my Prius too. Just trying to find that perfect balance of size, looks & mpg. :D

Those are all JDM Priuses. They look way better b/c Japanese people have more access to parts and simply put, they know how to make cars look good. Just an example, they have JDM window visors, we have....Weathertech. :yuck:
