The piping on the driver's side of my We Okole seat cover has become quite worn, and because of color contrast, it is quite noticable. I was thinking of switching the driver and passenger seat covers, so that the worn stuff will be inside on the passenger side. IIRC, these two seat covers are symmetrical and therefore interchangeable. Is this not so?

Good to see you, Doc. :)

I assume your seats don't have airbags?

Mmmm. That is a consideration. There are airbag openings on the sides of the covers. I'll check to see if they are on both sides.

In any case, I might be able to just switch the covers on the seats, not the backs.

I was able to switch the two seat covers. The backs cannot be switched, as noted above, because of the openings for the air bags are only on one side. There is a loop at the end of the canvas strap that I cannot figure out where it went, but that is apparently the only asymmetry. Plus a T-shaped plastic bracket fell off the seat during the re-install, and I cannot figure what it did.
