Anyone recommend an "Android" OBDII app for use with Bluetooth interfaces for the Gen1 ?

Just purchased a generic bluetooth interface, and noticed some of the apps look like one might be able to add PID's manually.

I like my Scangauge II, but would really like to use my 10" android tablet for diagnostics and monitoring if possible.

Bump to the top! It's a good question, I see Gen II has something like this with custom PIDS.

Update: OBD Car Doctor version 1.12 , Seems to recognize 3 individual ECU's on both my 2001 and 2002 Gen1 Prii .

The 2001 at the moment keeps giving me a check engine light after a few miles after warm up. The Scangauge II flashes an error briefly when I try to read it, yet stops at 0000 after it flashes by. Over time, I've caught it enough to know it's P0171. I can clear the error with the scangauge II, but it always comes back the next time I start the car, and reach that magic warm up and acceleration point.

The point I wanted to make, is the Bluetooth OBDII adapter running the android app "OBD Car Doctor v1.12" gives me a perfect readout of that error, and tells me in detail that it's running to lean. I can also clear the error with the app.

I wonder if the android app is recognizing all of the ECU's? Are there more than 3ea ECU's in the Gen1 Prius?

I suspect, if someone who knows about PID's, especially those known for the Scangauge II, could contact the programmer of the android app, we could get those programmed into this interesting development for an alternative scanner/monitor

The developer could be pointed to the OBDChat Vehicle Databases page.
