Why wouldn't it? Nothing structural was changed.......just the bumper cover. At most u might need to change the fender liners & bumper absorber.........& no, I haven't confirmed this. This is just my guess from experience.

I agree, I can't imagine much has changed. If I was anywhere but here, I would try in a heartbeat but just getting a skin up here would probably cost as much as the part itself! I will wait till
    1. someone confirms
    2. non-OEM part is available

or someone up here wants to swap...

Argg. It says $85 to ship up here. Have to admit that was less than I thought it would be but still too much for a hunch.

What's the hunch........the body is the same. Same lights, fender, hood.

I'll even bet that the bumper reinforcement is the same.

I was going to get the 2012 prius plus body kit for my 2010, but the dealarship guy told me that the configurations are different, I was in doubt myself and I asked 3 other delarships and they told me the same thing.

I end up purchasing a 2011 prius plus body kit for alot more.

The dealarship guy did this base on the sketchprint they have of the front and rear bumper, I'm not sure when you actually install it if it will be any different.

2010 and 2011 are the same, 2012 is slightly different

Until we produce some evidence of it actually not fitting, they're all guessing.

Like I've said before.......the body, fenders, hood lights are all the same as the 2011-2011. The splash shields & under engine cover might even be the same. The only difference is the bumper cover.

if there is anybody with a 10-11 gen3 that's local to me, id be willing to try my bumper cover on theirs just to prove that it will fit.

my 2010 front bumper is a little chewed up, and I keep watching for a 2012 aftermarket to become available.

Hi all, I'm still new here, and looking forward to enjoying my new 2010 Prius.

Hi spiderman, I'm on the same boat with you. I like the look of the 2012 bumper much better, but not sure if it'll will fit on a 2010.

I offered that one on ebay for $125 and shipped for $210 to me in LA. They accepted the offer so I should be getting the bumper sometime next week. Like everyone here, I'm going on a hunch that the bumper will fit. We'll soon see. Otherwise, I hope someone with a 2012 needs a bumper.

After some research, I found that you'll need to get brand new turn signal lamps and a new lower plastic grille. The grille with fog lights cost about $150. The turn signals with DRLs cost about $200 each. I think the DRLs are standard on the 2012, and I'm not sure if the 2010 harness will fit. Not to mention too painting and installing everything. This retrofit idea is really making me have second thoughts. Lol.

Well, I'm going to see if the bumper will fit first, of course before painting and purchasing the other parts. Any help in removing the 2010 bumper, or any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, everyone.

Ah man, you're awesome! I'm pretty much in downtown LA, but have a Prius because I'm everywhere from the SGV to OC.

Would definitely be a lot of help if someone can help me take apart my bumper to see if the the 2012 and the light harness will fit.

My wife's mother lives near union/pico. Send me a pm when u get the bumper cover & I'll see when we can make the trip.

I can tell u that ur Prius will not have the harness for the DRLs. The turn signal harness will fit. So u will have to make ur own harness to get the DRLs to work. It's not that hard. U would just need to fond a + source when in ready & use a relay so that they turn off when thr headlights are turned on.
